The role involves managing a <strong>contextualized rewards ecosystem</strong> across various formats, including <strong>discount offers, promotions, and advertisements</strong>, while building strategic partnerships and ensuring strong P&L ownership of rewards and ads for their growth marketing suite - Razorpay Engage, which will help businesses acquire, retain, and revive customers through intelligent payment-driven engagement strategies. Engage enables brands to create personalized incentives, targeted offers, and loyalty programs.
