The individual will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process</p> <p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end to end sales cycle for all Mid-Market/high growth start-ups.</li> <li>Should be responsible to understand all client requirements over the phone/email and propose a suitable solution using razorpay payments products and services.</li> <li>Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly business goals.</li> <li>Should have/build deep level understanding of payments/ fin tech markets demands and trends.</li> <li>Ensure maximum conversion rates through sales efforts.</li> <li>Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required.</li> <li>Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum sales efficiency.</li> <li>Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.</li> <li>Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease.</li> <li>Understand the clients business use case/industry and volume potential.</li> <li>Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Mandatory Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have 2 - 4 years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.</li> <li> Experience with the fintech industry would be an advantage.
