You will lead the charter to conceptualize and ship AI-first experiences that power Razorpay’s next generation of fintech products.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1695" data-end="1785"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with leadership to align AI strategy with Razorpay’s long-term product vision.</span></li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1515" data-end="1553"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2601" data-end="2691"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Instrument performance tracking and continuously iterate based on feedback and outcomes.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">What we're looking for - </span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2913" data-end="2988"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or B2B SaaS.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2991" data-end="3126"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep curiosity and foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts (you don’t have to code, but you should know what a model pipeline is).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3129" data-end="3242"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ve shipped or worked on AI/ML-powered products—personalization, recommendations, chatbots, risk scoring, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3245" data-end="3325"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complex systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="3328" data-end="3389"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">First-principles thinker who also values speed and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
