Summary As the UX Design Regional Leader for India, you will lead and manage a talented team of UX designers, ensuring the delivery of world-class user-centered design solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, developers, and project managers, to drive innovation and elevate the user experience across various projects. Responsibilities • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the UX design team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in user-centered design. • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and needs, and providing strategic UX guidance and solutions. • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of UX designers, fostering their professional growth and skill development. • Project Oversight: Lead UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring that designs align with client objectives, user needs, and industry best practices. • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global and regional leadership to develop UX design strategies that align with business goals and drive growth within the Indian market. • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality UX design work, conducting regular design reviews and providing constructive feedback to the team. • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for UX-related inquiries and initiatives. • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and champion their adoption within the organization. Key Capabilities • Proven track record of 15+ years in UX design, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or management role. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX design projects and methodologies. • Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. • In-depth knowledge of UX design tools and software. • Familiarity with UX research methodologies and their integration into the design process. • A strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through UX design excellence. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. |
