Job Description
Production Support team member will be responsible for supporting a Salesforce Service Cloud application in health care domain. This individual will also be responsible for designing and developing new configurable level features and updating the existing items as per client requirements. Should be able to create custom reports, dashboards, list views, Email-2-case configurations on demand. Candidate should be able to troubleshoot, find root-cause and provide solutions for technical issues, analyze and provide clarifications for client requests, provide support to other team members, and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of the solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of software development principles and Salesforce development best practices.
Following will be added advantage
Prior experience in working in Salesforce Service Cloud and Informatica Cloud.
Completion of Salesforce PD1 or Salesforce Admin certifications.
Experience in working in health care domain.
