On the Job

8+ years of experience in business, product or growth

Proven track record of launching or scaling business units or verticals

Experience working in or with consumer tech startups in India

Strong strategic thinking with an ability to get into execution mode

Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

Own strategy, growth, partnerships, product thinking, and monetization for the new business line

Work closely with founding team to define vision, structure, and business goals

Build and lead a cross-functional team across partnerships, ops, marketing, and analytics

Collaborate with product and design to shape the user experience for the new business

Develop go-to-market plans, manage budgets, and own business P&L
