Job Description

Own the APAC Sub-Regional Demand Generation calendars, ensuring full alignment across Marketing, Sales Leadership, Partner Teams, and Customer Growth Engine.
Facilitate ongoing alignment calls, reviews, and check-ins, clearly communicating execution priorities and objectives across teams.
Ensure promoters (FSRs, BDRs) and partners are equipped with timely and relevant messaging, assets, and sales plays.
Partner with Marketing, Management Access Layer (MAL), and Customer Growth Engine (CGE) to develop clear, enablement resources.
Drive structured campaign activation aligned to sales motions, tracking and optimizing execution. Identify gaps and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in Sales Programs, Marketing Execution, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, or Project/Program Management roles.
Experience managing global or regional-scale initiatives within Cloud, SaaS, or B2B Tech.
Experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels, including executive leadership.
Experience building, executing, and optimizing marketing and demand generation calendars.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), analytics tools (Looker, Tableau), and project management software.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in APAC regional, with an understanding of regional market nuances.
Ability to translate global strategies into regionally executable plans, ensuring alignment with sales motions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust quickly across functional teams.
