Job Description

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Ads Quality and distribution systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Ads Quality aspects and drive innovation along with leadership.
Collaborate with Product Manager, Machine Learning and partner Engineering teams throughout the product cycle: from defining product roadmap and gathering insights, to design and execution, and through launch and customer escalations.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and the performance of Vouchers distribution system and Growth status.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects
