Job Description

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholders needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute or manage project plans for supported programs.
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in managing projects.
Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across various functions (product/program, engineering, legal, finance, etc.).
Experience implementing TaskFlow across cross-functional teams, in engineering organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience managing effective and data-driven communication with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to apply technical judgment to solve software engineering issues involving bug triage, source control, continuous integration, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will plan requirements with internal customers and user projects through the entire project life-cycle. You will be explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using technical and leadership expertise, you will manage projects of various sizes and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical programs.
