Job Description

Manage product ideas, strategy, and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues.
Work with creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative and compelling product/support experiences.
Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology (BizTech), and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a product idea.
Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
