Job Description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Asia HCMES Service Delivery Specialist to cover inhouse and outsourced systems, processes, and services within Asia HR operations. The HCMES function also offer solution advice for the key stakeholders in various HR functions such as Coverage, Data and Analytics, Employee Relations, HR Products, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, to ensure employees services are delivered with maximized efficiency and minimal operational risk.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director/ Sr. Manager level position within the HCMES Service Delivery team offer solution advice for the key stakeholders in various HR functions such as Coverage, Data and Analytics, Employee Relations, HR Products, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

What you'll do in the role:

· Solution advisory for Asia HR teams on Service Delivery requests

· System support including troubleshooting and escalation

· System testing including test scripts/UAT preparation for roll outs

· Process re-engineering/review and system utilization (e.g. to address new business requirement)

· Process documentation

· Partnering with regional HR teams on new projects/initiatives

· Training clients/colleagues

What you'll bring to the role:

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field

· An interest in Human Resources

· Outstanding communication skills and a strong team player

· Knowledge of Workday or similar HRM systems

· Knowledge of technical support systems/ticketing systems preferred

. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
