We’re seeking someone to join our team as (Associate) Java Fullstack Developer will play a hands-on developer role in the execution of multiple strategic projects.

WM_Technology

Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team.

Analytics Intelligence & Data Technology

Analytics, Intelligence and Data Technology (AIDT) enables and drives strategic data initiatives and business capabilities across Wealth Management.

Software Engineering

This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

•The candidate would play Java Sr developer role in Wealth Management Analytics and Data technology team.
•ADT team is seeking a senior developer to join and take responsibility to deliver strategy CMS solution for Digital Marketing.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
•Hands-on development using Core Java and Spring (Java 8/Spring 4/5/Spring Boot)
•Experience developing and integrating with microservices web apps REST APIs
•Spring Boot with exposure in writing RESTful services
•Ability to adapt and implement code following the latest standards of Java and Spring Boot
•Knowledge of Shell Scripting
•Experience of working on any UI technologies like Jquery, Angular or React.
•Strong communication skills, written and verbal
•Ability to work under minimum supervision
•Should have good design and data structure knowledge.
•Strong debugging skills
•Candidate should be able to follow development practices and often refactor code to reduce technical debt by creating reusable components & templates that meet standards and business needs.
•Should work in team or as individual contributor to work in an Agile project.
