As part of the AMS (Application Management Services) Siebel-CTMS AMS team is looking for Senior Application cloud Engineer to be part of OHAI AMS in Bangalore/Hyderabad with strong knowledge on Siebel CRM Administrator (8.1.x onwards & IP 2017 version or above, Migration Experience, BIP, EDQ. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal collaborators and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. Graduate degree (M.Tech./M.S./B.Tech. /M.Sc./M.C.A.) with aggregate of 60% or above
Passion for engineering and solving very complex engineering problems that delights customers.
Good Knowledge on Siebel CRM 8.x and IP 22.x and above.
Good knowledge on Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle Enterprise Data Quality.
Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS, any specific application-level language working knowledge is always helpful.
Candidate must have solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL & BI technology.
Experience in at least one scripting knowledge (Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting etc.)
Strong experience in SQL is MUST, database tuning, capacity planning based on the performance of the application is a plus.
Strong & excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to dive in and learn complex systems.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to provide technical and people leadership to the team.
Total 6+ years of experience in IT Operations & Application Support

Prior experience working in DevOps model.
