Job Description

Develop, document and execute processes to support Data Center power capacity management on a global basis.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop regional power capacity health plans to manage regional power constraints and drive action plans to bring constrained regions back to health.
Create models to plan future capacity needs and evaluate capacity risks and actions to be remediate capacity constraints.
Manage multiple interdependent projects of complexity and scope. Use technical acumen to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
Support operations and analytic projects related to the allocation of compute and storage resources to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management on cross-functional software development projects.
Experience with business intelligence platform, PowerBI, Data Studio or other data presentation applications.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in data center capacity planning.
Experience presenting to executives with effective written and verbal communications skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple, engaging priorities simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data (including SQL) and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
Excellent sense of accountability and ownership for an end-to-end project life-cycle.
