Division Profile:

The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated digital product manager to join the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Platforms team. Primary focus will be product lead for the overall Client Onboarding Enhance Due Diligence program which supports a number of dynamic and multi-phase projects to transform the firm's existing client onboarding and KYC/EDD Enhanced Due Diligence process. The candidate will lead a team that drives the creation of business requirements, new designs, and support existing platform solutions within an agile framework. As a product owner, you will inform direction and contribute to the creation and on-going success of the latest digital solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

· Translate overall business strategy into technical requirements to be developed.

· Collaborate with engineering to ensure understanding of product strategy, roadmap, and work to be done.

· Partner with onshore product owners to help lead large-scale high-profile client and account onboarding project across multiple channels applied primarily between the Digital and Advised business.

· Partner with various stakeholders - Technology, UX, Operations, Global Financial Crimes, AML, Financial Advisor teams, to identify, assess & manage process change solutions.

· Prioritize work based on needs and constraints in an agile software development environment.

· Partner with program management to align status and milestones.

· Present planned work to key stakeholders from business, technology, user experience, risk, fraud, communications, legal & compliance to obtain approvals.

· Gather internal and external feedback for insights

· Demonstrate empathy for product users and speak to their project journey

· Facilitate workshops and meetings

· Promote a data-driven mindset in strategic thinking.

· Manage and coach team of 6-8 business analyst/associates

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree will be a plus.

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industry.

· Team lead experience is required.

Required Skills:

· Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within scope.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment.

· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
