Profile Description

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a [Associate] to [Risk Reporting, Risk COO role] the individual will cover a diverse range of responsibilities to facilitate analysis, reporting and control of risk information to meet the requirements of the Firm's Risk Management function and the regulators.

In the Firm Risk Management division, we advise businesses across the Firm on risk mitigation strategies, develop tools to analyze and monitor risks and lead key regulatory initiatives.

What you’ll do in the role:

Primary Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting processes and analytical tools for managing and monitoring risk across FRM.
• Continually evaluate existing risk reports, processes, and analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of these reports and analytical tools.
• Periodic and/or adhoc risk reporting to senior risk management committees
• Liaise with other teams across Risk Reporting and with the wider FRM on cross-functional projects.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from senior management to ensure timely and accurate responses. Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

Skills required (required / preferred)
• Bachelors / Master's Degree in finance, or dual degree in Finance and engineering
• 3-5 years of work experience in risk reporting, portfolio analytics & stakeholder management
• Required expertise in data extraction and manipulation (SQL), data visualization tools (PowerBI), proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel and PowerPoint), reporting process automation (VBA, MS PowerApps)
• Required knowledge of financial products and financial risk management through industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge/experience in Project Management, SharePoint and programming languages like Python and/or JavaScript is preferred.
• Very good communication skills, both oral and written
