Tax Accountant 3-Fin
Job Description
| 1. Develop knowledge of the tax and regulatory rules governing key aspects of Global Mobility and stay updated with the developments/ amendments in these areas; 2. Perform research analysis of the International tax Treaties & Totalization Agreements. Manage India Certificate of Coverage for Oracle expat employees; 3. Analyze the Oracle Global Mobility report and responsible to prepare the authorization list for whom expat tax services are required; 4. Coordination with the vendors and also address to their queries to ensure the expat tax compliance; 5. Review of the International Work Requests from the tax perspective; 6. Responsible for payroll tax accruals and professional fee accruals; 7. Keep a track of annual tax compliance for authorized assignees to ensure that all the authorized annual tax returns gets filed by the tax vendors within the agreed timelines; 8. Responsible to prepare Japan's Bank Reconciliation statement for Japan annual tax payments; 9. Managing Expattax_IN general inbox and ensuring all the emails are responded in a timely manner; 10. Prepare Indian tax return for India outbound employees claiming Treaty relief and also prepare tax equalization settlement calculation |
