Your Role

Total Experience: 12-17 Years

Location: Bangalore

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum/technical teams—providing direction, coaching on architecture/technology, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
Drive project/program execution including planning, budgeting, P&L oversight, milestone tracking, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring mitigation plans and timely resolution of blockers.
Champion operational excellence by implementing strong processes, controls, tools, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Represent the business case for change, present viewpoints on technologies, and collaborate across teams/clients—including travel to client sites when required.

Your Profile

Techno‑functional expertise in Java or .NET with minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role (total experience 9–12 years).
Strong Agile/Scrum leadership; Scrum Master certification is mandatory (PMP is optional/not preferred).
Demonstrated capability in program management—SOW creation, financial reporting, systems integration, and driving high‑value business solutions.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management with the ability to influence, negotiate, and create team alignment.
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and proven ability to stay updated on technology trends.
