Your Role
- Install; configure; and upgrade PostgreSQL database servers.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries and indexing.
- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Your Profile
- Set up clustering, replication, and high-availability solutions.
- Manage database instances, schemas, tables, indexes, and partitions.
- Implement and monitor backup strategies using tools like pg_dump, pg_basebackup, or third-party solutions.
- Optimize queries, indexes, and database parameters for better performance.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
