Your Profile

Build and optimize Performance Analytics dashboards, indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and scorecards.
Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements aligned with ITSM and Security Operations.
Ensure data accuracy across Incident, Problem, Change, and Vulnerability Management.Develop custom reports for operational and executive visibility.
Automate reporting workflows and scheduled distributions.

Your Role

Minimum 6+ Years of Experience and 3-4 years in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.Knowledge of ITSM and Security Operations modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Vulnerability).
Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA definitions.
Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide API for advanced customization.
