Job Description

Experience in design & development
Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Exterior trims
Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components
Very strong in Catia V5/ UG-NX CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.
Experience of working in CFT environment.
Very good in English communication (written and oral)
Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues.

SKILLS

Lead Engineer (Passenger Car Interior & Exterior trims)
Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical/Automotive)
Experience: Preferred- Bumpers systems, Rear Deck lids and Fenders
Tool: Catia V5/ UG-NX
