Position: Sales and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
· Own individual targets and manage, retain and generate new revenue
· Hunt and create revenue opportunities from untapped accounts
· Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and thorough understanding of the customer's business, organization, strategy, financial position and propose solutions that meet their objectives
· Collaboration with various internal teams will be an important part of day to day working
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of overall experience including customer-facing sales role
• Should have proven skills in client relationship management and account mining
• Must demonstrate ability to identify potential customers, be fearless to knock on doors, and be able to forge long-term win-win customer relationships
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers
• Bachelor's in engineering and MBA (preferred)
