Job Description

Within Amazon Delivery, Last Mile Analytics and Quality (LMAQ) business team constitutes a unique eco-system of quality specialists, program managers, and operations managers working together to support various last mile businesses. The team bridges automation gaps on problems, accelerates technology and science flywheel by curating ground truth data for training and validating models, fixes egregious defects, and leverages data and anecdotes to identify opportunities to improve the systems.

This Finance Manager partners with the LMAQ team and leadership to define and track productivity and cost savings goals. Finance owned KPIs include Productivity per HC and Average Cost Per Package. The FM is also responsible for controllership, forecasting, quantifying the impact of LMAQ initiatives, and partnering with related tech Finance teams.

A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate by building creative, socially responsible last mile logistics solutions through large-scale data driven decision making. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following abilities: they influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. They collaborate with senior leaders and various business units across Amazon. You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop analysis and reporting for LMAQ including financial planning/forecasting, monthly performance analysis, and drive continuous product roll outs/improvements
- Partner/Support senior leadership on prioritization and project roadmap based on financial and operational efficiency improvements
- Build financial models to support new initiatives
- Provide insights on productivity over time and focus areas for improvement.

Bengaluru, KA, IND | Hyderabad, TS, IND- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
