Job Description

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Drive impactful user experiences that align with the Ads business strategy. Recommend product and workflow enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives, advocate for UX best practices, and contribute to building a scalable design process and engagement models for internal and external partners.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or UX.
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process, creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
Experience designing across multiple platforms
Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
