Associate Manager, Software Engineering
Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Manager, Software Engineering for Oracle-NetSuite in Hyderabad location. You will be responsible for a team that architects, designs, develops and quality certifies Oracle NetSuite products and act as the main technical liaison between product owners and our scrum teams. This is a “hands on” management position. The candidate is expected to personally assess the design, quality and architecture of our existing software products, manage and track code quality, ensure code coverage via automated unit tests, also evaluates quality control methods and systems, monitor automation QA testing efforts and recommend any necessary redesigns required to keep our products competitive in the marketplace.
The candidate should ensure that a portion of his/her time is built into the schedule to contribute as a lead software designer, engineer and to mentor less experienced team members.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a domain area with diverse functional element and frequently interact with supervisors and functional peer group leads and managers. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including strong communication skills, analytical skills and thorough understanding of the complete software development life cycle (SDLC).
