AWS Python DevOps Engineer
Job Description
Responsibility
Provide guidance with process design,develop, and test automation workflows,end-user documentation.
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to -define and deliver business impacting projects.
Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Candidate should have exposure to Telecommunication/Customer contact center Technology/IVR,call flow/Call Routing/IVR Testing is added advantage
Experience in BSS integration (Billing )
Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
