Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Product Backlog for development team. Product Backlog management includes Clearly expressing Product Backlog items.Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions.Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs.Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the developers will work on next; and,Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
You will be remains accountable for the delivery for the requirement and release of the same.You need must make sure the stakeholdersrequirements and decisions are visible in the content and ordering of the Product Backlog.
You need to plan Sprints based on the capacity and backlogs
You may need to own testing activities as well.Knowledge on system validation process / Application Life Cycle Management.
Experience as BA for Software Development teams performing all or most of the responsibilities described above.
Experience engaging project stakeholders not familiar with Scrum.
Some traditional project management experience (e.g. create project documentation, manage communications to stakeholders, negotiate schedule with stakeholders, provide status reports to stakeholders not familiar with Agile methods).Hands-on knowledge in agile/operational management tools like Service NOW, JIRA.
Hands on Experience in knowledge management tool like confluence.
Hands-on experience in performing system testing including authoring and executing test cases (using HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, Xray)
Passion for learning, innovating, and delivering valuable software to people.
PREFERABLE INDUSTRY Lifesciences background
OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: six plus years experience
