Job Description
Full Stack Development:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and front-end technologies.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality.
Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Application Enhancement:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Enhance application performance, scalability, and usability.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct peer code reviews and implement best coding practices.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
Technology Exploration:
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
Strong experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with databases, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra).
Development Tools:
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Cloud and Deployment:
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus.
System Knowledge:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
