Job Description
- Acts as a strategic business partner and advisor with business leaders and operates in alignment with HR leaders for a complex, diverse, multi-business portfolio of North American and/or global businesses.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, measurement and evaluation methods, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
- Support regulatory requests for learning program details and training transcripts.
- Assist with management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high quality deliverables are produced with the time and cost constraints set for each project.
- Create tailored learning strategy against business and people plan.
- Act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business in his/her area of expertise.
- Engage and partner with variety of stakeholders in the CG and in corporate to leverage successful performance in the units.
Primary Skills
- Strong knowledge of Learning Administration, LMS system (preferably MyLearning).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and evidence of continuous improvement mindset and related successes.
- Deep understanding and experience in Agile Project Management framework and methodology.
- Provide examples of applying technologies that enable optimal design and delivery of content.
