Key responsibilities

● Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and produce training materials in various formats such as instructor-led training and e learning.

● Facilitate/Deliver training programs for our retail and corporate clients, which will involve weekend work.

● Maintain your CPA license and stay up to date with the latest developments in the accounting, auditing, and regulatory space both in the U.S. and globally.

● Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters creatively and concisely.

● Be an enthusiastic team player who is highly adaptable and flexible to the unique needs of our clients and our growing practice.

● Manage projects and workload to consistently meet client expectations and deadlines.

● Participate in client proposals and sales efforts.

● Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts, develop premium content, and drafting client emails.

● Manage external contractors to ensure effective relationship management and work delivery is maintained.

● Guide/mentor the learners pursuing Finance Programs

Support the Project financials – maintenance & control.
