Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for Small Businesses. Business Blueprint is the company’s new digital cash flow management hub designed exclusively for small businesses, which features cash flow insights, digital financial products, and an easy way to reach and manage their Business Card, Business Checking & Business Line of Credit products.

Within Blueprint organization, sits Business Operations team that focusses on driving Blueprint strategy by executing key processes for product enablement, customer experience, and controls,. We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager who will play a key role in executing operational processes that support the Blueprint strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of critical business processes impacting products, along with the identification of associated risks and assessment of the control environment.
Identify and define strategy for Smart Monitoring Key Risk Indicator (KRI) landscape and roadmap.
Support the development and refresh of PRSA to ensure appropriate risks and mitigating controls are tested and asserted to.
Facilitate audit, review and exam requests, and drive associated action plans to closure.
Support new product governance initiatives by performing risk assessments, identifying control requirements, and defining monitoring & testing needs.
Analyze known issues (e.g., Findings, Operational Risk Events) and complaint trends to identify areas of risk where new controls or existing control enhancements are required.
Strong collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g., GCS SBS, GCO, LOBCO)
Be plugged into the latest trends and industry best practices in risk/compliance space

Qualifications

You are an experienced leader who is a structured thinker with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to translate information and analysis into actionable customer and operations insights and recommendations
You are a highly organized and professional individual with an ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and efficiency
You have excellent project management experience, organization, and prioritization skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional, large/complex initiatives
You have experience working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, developing relationships across organizational boundaries and influencing without direct authority
You have demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization
You are a team player with a strong collaborative orientation
