How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.Own end-to-end partnership management, including onboarding, execution, governance, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with ECU, Customer Care, GBG, finance, legal, tax, and branding teams.
Manage commercial operations such as invoice creation, billing validation, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.
Lead partner and customer escalations, ensuring quick turnaround and effective resolution in coordination with ECU and Customer Care teams.
Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and newsletters for wider stakeholder groups, with strong data interpretation and reporting accuracy.
Develop and execute partner communication plans, briefs, and timelines to drive smooth delivery across initiatives.
Ensure brand alignment and compliance across all partner assets through structured internal reviews and approvals.
Create clear, leadership-ready presentations and insights using Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

5-8 years of work experience, preferably in alliances / stakeholder management
Good with data handling and analytical mindset
Advanced excel / power point skills
Business development skills.
