We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Analyst specializing in the implementation of recruitment systems.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8AM - 5PM EST

How will you make an impact in this role?

Support the implementation of recruitment systems, processes, and projects to enhance the talent acquisition function.
Coordinate and handle these implementations from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Analyze and interpret system data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with various collaborators to align system implementations with organizational goals and objectives.
Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze complex system reports and dashboards.
Influence partners and project teams without direct authority to achieve desired outcomes.
Provide detailed reports and presentations on system implementation performance to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

Exceptional intellectual capacity with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
Strong collaborator management skills, with experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Ability to influence and inspire change without direct authority.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
Availability to work US hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, preferably within recruitment systems or HR technology.

Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar recruitment technology platforms.
