How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Customer 360 is one of the top five Enterprise Data Platform for Customer identity and Relationships management. It is the building block of diverse and critical business functions like Sales, Loyalty, Fraud and Risk.

As a SABE Platforms leader for product validation, you will be working across product, business & technology teams to ensure prioritization and delivery of PIV/UAT for key Enterprise level and product priorities. Additionally, this role plans and prioritizes the testing team capacity, own the quality delivery of the key programs/ initiatives, defect management & prioritized change requests. Key responsibilities include -

  • Work with product partners to define & develop innovative solutions that deliver valuable insights for an initiative/ program. Also builds end-to-end quality management model for internal & external customers.
  • Define and implement metrics to track, measure, and report the health of product validation process. ,Ensure tactical and strategic fixes for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively, gain support and co-lead the critical initiatives that require involvement from multiple partners.
  • Build a strong and effective team to support delivery and culture of innovation.
  • Identify and attract strong talent to the team, drive engagement and maintain high morale. invest in establishing and growing relationships with multiple teams to develop trusted partnerships.
  • Respond and prioritize the compliance and regulatory requirements of the initiatives and support process. Strategize, plan & implement the of Data improvement projects
  • Conduct deep analysis to uncover trends, recommend business solutions and implement critical initiatives.
  • Able to translate business needs to technical and process tasks; collaborate with the technical SCRUM Teams.
  • Build high quality and executive ready documentation around C360 relationship and matching frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or Analytical focus areas and/or Engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in Data Analytics & Business Servicing experience.
  • hands-on experience with excellent programming skills on Big Data languages like Python OR Hive will be good to have. Experience in Financial industry preferred.
