Created in the LS Transformation Office and still transformational at heart, LS DiCE brings multidimensional expertise for Digital Software Products to the LS Technology Office and overall Life Science. LS DiCE is an agile and forward-thinking team of highly motivated individuals that thrives on building the strategic foundation to accelerate the digital ambitions and capabilities for our customer-facing, revenue-generating digital life science products. We aim to provide digital product teams with a portfolio of standards and services across the digital value chain, to facilitate and accelerate the development and commercialization of digital solutions that solve our customers’ daily challenges. As a Scrum Master your main task will be providing support to the agile development teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example. You should be able to master and apply Scrum, Kanban and ScaledAgile methods, while guiding and coaching the product owners and development teams on improving the agile practices and by removing impediments for the developers. You will be constantly assessing the agile maturity of the teams and identify steps to enhance the organizations ways of working. Who you areScrum Master certification (CSM/ SAFe 6.0 SM)Experience in the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development teamExperience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)Must have hands-on Jira and Confluence experienceGood understanding of GxP and GAMP 5 2nd editionTrack record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc.Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: Kanban, FDD, etcKnowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile GamesGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyExperience as a collaborative leaderExperience in Change Management practices is a plus If you're someone who is driven by curiosity, embraces challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to embark on our digital transformation journey!
