Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Integration Architect Our Practices unite individuals with similar skills and capabilities to forge a powerful expert community dedicated to setting the bar in our Data & AI expertise. The Data Engineering Practice is committed to transforming raw data into actionable insights by seamlessly integrating information from diverse source systems and building robust data pipelines that ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timeliness across the organization. In your role as a Senior Data Integration Architect in the Data Engineering Practice, you will develop strategies for seamless data movement and synchronization across platforms, ensuring near real-time availability when needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the Data Integration Product Owner, translating business needs into user stories and actionable technical tasks. You’ll oversee the integration of Fivetran with cloud-based data hubs (AWS, GCP, Azure), implementing and managing connectors for various data sources. Embracing automation, you'll create blueprints for setting up connectors to ERP systems, databases, and SaaS applications. You'll also design monitoring toolchains to ensure data integrity and consistency, while identifying opportunities to enhance pipeline performance and reliability. As a leader in Data Integration, you will define best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage (Cloud Object Store, Apache Iceberg), while implementing data security policies. Additionally, you’ll mentor team members, sharing your expertise to foster growth and learning within the organization. Who you are:  Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, MBA) in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field.At least 9 years of experience in defining IT architecture, governance, and security.At least 5 years of hands-on experience with data movement tools like Fivetran.Proven expertise in data ingestion and integration within data lakes and cloud data warehouses.Skilled in extracting data from ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to cloud environments such as AWS or Snowflake.Experience in GxP-regulated environments as well as compliance with data governance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Strong communicator, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.Passionate about driving improvement and leading change in dynamic settings.
