Job Description

Title: Specialist – Digital DesignLocation: Bangalore – Electronic City SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Graphic designer will support company projects by providing creative visual design work. The Graphic designer position collaborates with the Marketing Communication Team as well as other internal departments to meet the needs of both internal and external audience. He/She should have the ability to handle projects from concept to completion individually/with team. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Graphic designer will design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, Web ads, collaterals, banners, and presentations that reflect the brand’s image. Partners with stakeholders as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables. Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives, and provides continuous communication to the clients regarding ongoing project and status updates. This role will respond to requests from colleagues at all levels of the organization, clearly communicate the details of projects within their workflows to aid the Internal and external communication team with brand adherent creatives. Implement on project needs and translate the information into effective, on-brand designs to meet project goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSVery Creative, keen eye for detail, knowledge of latest design trendsWorked in a design agencyExperienced in working on Digital creativesGood communication skillsEducation in Visual Communication Design is an advantageCreate Presentations – End to end form Conceptualization to Visualisation.Creates assets, banners, and other digital collateral.Create Graphics - Static, Video and GIFsResearch New trends & Ideas and Best practicesDeliver High quality brand compliant visual content as per Content requirementVideo skills are an advantage BASIC QUALIFICATIONSWho are you:Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field / Diploma Experience: Overall 3-5 years’ experience required, Design: 5 years (Preferred). Portfolio Mandatory. Technical Skills / Competencies: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteExpert knowledge of PPT skills.Experience in branding, illustration, iconography, infographicsGood aesthetic Sense, sense of layout, Fonts and colorsWorked for e-commerce companies or digital branding and communications AgencyProficiency with MS Office365 and online collaborative softwareProficiency with Mac and PC platformsStrong conceptual and strategic thinking skills Behavioral Competencies:Resourcefulness coupled with great problem-solving skills, both on your own and as part of a team Detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform well in both individual and team environmentsSelf-managing, deadline drivenExhibits a positive attitude, strong work ethic, neatness, and punctuality.
