This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for exploring new platforms, optimizing user acquisition and retention, cross-selling across other business units (BUs), and generating high-quality leads to support our business expansion.   Key Responsibilities: Growth Marketing: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Razorpay POS.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and manage full-funnel experiments from ideation to implementation and analysis, identifying opportunities for business scaling.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize customer lifecycle management tools to run personalized and automated growth campaigns across various customer touchpoints.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships to expand our reach and impact.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional opportunities for growth.</li> </ul> Cross-Selling: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement strategies to effectively cross-sell Razorpay POS and other products across different BUs.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify customer segments with potential for cross-selling opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to promote relevant products.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with other BU marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated efforts in cross-selling initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and analyze cross-selling campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li> </ul> Data and Analytics: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Tableau to track and report on key growth and cross-selling metrics.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Apply A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in growth and cross-selling initiatives.</li> </ul> SEO and Content: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility, including the identification and implementation of key optimizations to enhance SEO performance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with content studio to develop and execute content marketing strategies that support growth and cross-selling objectives.</li> </ul> Collaboration and Communication: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline with targeted marketing efforts.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the product team to align marketing initiatives with product developments and new feature launches.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate growth and cross-selling results to stakeholders, delivering clear and actionable insights and updates.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
