Or how Dove does its ‘Real Beauty’ campaigns? A lot of this is brand marketing that goes beyond products - strategic positioning, thoughtful campaigns and initiatives that drive salience, affinity and love for the brand, and events that drive thought leadership. </p> <p>Why do we do this, you ask? To help people who know Razorpay love us & consider us the forefront of all things fintech & innovation. And for us to reach new audiences by making the same first impression. </p> <p>We are looking for a brand marketer with a fiery passion for all things brand - to drive all of our efforts in building brand love, affinity & salience amongst businesses (startups / founders & entrepreneurs). </p> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideate & collaborate on creative campaigns that will help drive our brand proposition to existing and new audiences. </li> <li>Develop and rigorously execute creative plans - this is where it’ll never get boring for you. Every campaign is unique in itself - no two being alike.
