The job will entail understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue.The position will lead and manage a team of Regional & Cluster Managers.</p> <p><span class="tvm-operation__underline"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Execute business plan and achieve sales & revenue targets from new & existing clients in the zone.</li> <li>Identify business opportunities and market trends for sales & revenue growth.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, at existing & potential clients.</li> <li>Build a deep understanding of the market developments & specific client requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with diverse internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients to address their business needs.</li> <li>Negotiate commercials and service contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with internal policies & legal requirements.</li> <li>Plan customer onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for the client.</li> <li>Lead a team of Regional / Cluster Managers, manage their performance and nurture them for higher responsibilities.</li> </ul> <p><span class="tvm-operation__underline"><strong>Measures of Success:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth</li> <li>New customers onboarded and new business growth</li> <li>Forecasting accuracy</li> <li>Client satisfaction</li> </ul> <p><span class="tvm-operation__underline"><strong>Prior Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Overall 12+ years of experience, out of which at least 4 years in Enterprise sales, including pitching to C-level executives.</li> <li>Experience in leading a medium-to-large-sized sales team.</li> <li>Experience in POS and/or PG solutions selling or in a related industry would be an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><span class="tvm-operation__underline"><strong>Education:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelors Degree is must.</li> <li>PG/MBA will be an added advantage.</li> </ul> <p><span class="tvm-operation__underline"><strong>Skill sets required:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Strong negotiation and deal closing skills</li> <li>Good leadership qualities.
