The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in <strong>Active Directory (AD), AWS, Azure, Windows Server management, on-premises to cloud server migration, and G Suite administration</strong>. This individual will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability while driving cloud transformation initiatives and redesigning the architecture as needed.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Active Directory (AD) Administration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain <strong>Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.</strong></li> <li>Implement and enforce security best practices, including access controls and authentication mechanisms.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Windows Server Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Install, configure, and manage <strong>Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022)</strong>.</li> <li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates/patches.</li> <li>Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>On-Premises to Cloud Server Migration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and support <strong>cloud migration projects</strong> (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).</li> <li>Assess existing infrastructure and develop migration strategies.</li> <li>Ensure seamless integration between <strong>on-premises and cloud</strong> environments.<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>G Suite (Google Workspace) Administration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage <strong>user accounts, email configurations, security settings, and access controls</strong>.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues related to G Suite applications and integrations.</li> <li>Implement policies for email security, spam filtering, and data retention.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enforce security best practices across <strong>on-premises and cloud environments</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration & Documentation:</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li>Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and procedures.</li> </ul> </ul> <div> <ul> <li><strong>Redesign Server Architecture:</strong> <ul> <li> </li> <li>Redesign the connectivity and flow of data as needed, following best practices.</li> <li>  - Ensure servers and connections have redundancy in accordance with industry standards.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Monitoring, Backup & Ticketing:</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li>User requests will be followed via problem, Incident, and Change management.</li> <li>Monitor all the alerts and maintain the uptime to 99%</li> <li>Back up all devices per the standard procedure to meet security and compliance audit requirements.</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Security and Compliance:</strong></p> </li> <ul> <li>Should know to support and provide the required artifacts to audit teams.</li> <li>Demonstrate if any challenges and new implementations should be implemented as per the best security standards.</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <h3><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></h3> </div> <ul> <li>Strong experience in <strong>Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration</strong>.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>on-premises to cloud migration</strong> (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>Google Workspace (G-Suite) administration</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices</strong>.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <div> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):</strong></h3> <p>Experience with <strong>PowerShell scripting and automation</strong>.<br>Knowledge of <strong>Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, G-suite, Azure)</strong><br>Understanding of <strong>networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)</strong>.</p> </div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
