In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/x/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/x/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw0ab_bX0WbaTqedmVsyWBbZ"> Razorpay X</a>) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via<a href="https://razorpay.com/capital/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://razorpay.com/capital/&source=gmail&ust=1660290870959000&usg=AOvVaw2ymFZuuzdG2i4lPyqQYP5I"> Razorpay Capital</a>). </div></div>Roles and Responsibilities: This position will be for an Associate Manager Role (Farming) in IC Capacity, with a focus on partnerships accounts Pan-India and Pan- Industry :  Primary: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Account Management: Develop account plans for assigned partner portfolio, outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive retention and growth. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Relationship Management: Develop deeper working relationships with partners to ensure a seamless experience for partners and alignment b/w partner goals and company objectives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Retain and grow the assigned portfolio by  analyzing partner needs, identifying opportunities as well as risks and implementing targeted initiatives to mitigate churn.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain/develop a deep understanding of the core products (Payment Gateway and other payments products such as PP, PL, etc.) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Should have/build deep level understanding of payments/ fintech markets’ demands and trends</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Use sales tools effectively to drive maximum sales and reporting efficiency</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives at all times</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Display agility, customer centricity and efficient cross-functional working to ensure a seamless partner experience</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Be the single point of contact for given partners and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner</li> </ul> This is a sales based role with clear and strong bias for result orientation.  Mandatory Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must have 2-4 years of  sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with the fintech industry would be preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience of handling a partnerships role/affiliate program is preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and technical aptitude.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be a hands-on, self motivated and results-oriented person with strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
