We are looking for a talented professional with 6-8 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design who can independently handle various aspects of graphic design, landing pages, video production and guide the team on design projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent technical skills.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Communication Designer with expertise in graphics, landing pages, and motion design to join our dynamic team.</p> <h2>What do we expect from you?</h2> <ul> <li>You have a great understanding of design fundamentals, color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with relentless attention to detail and consistency.<br><br></li> <li>You can work on branding projects, marketing campaigns, landing pages, sales collaterals, social media and video collaterals. You have a strong grasp of visualizing data.<br><br></li> <li>Ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.<br><br></li> <li>You evolve visual identity across product, marketing, and business channels<br>.</li> <li>You collaborate with Product Marketing, fellow communication designers, and copy/content writers to build and maintain visual brand excellence for various design needs to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and customer experience.<br><br></li> <li>You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You are able to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders, designers, and team members.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2>What would you work on?</h2> <p><strong>Project Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead multiple design projects from concept to completion with minimal guidance.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content aligned with the brand vision.</li> <li>Drive project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Excellent Designs:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Graphics design and Branding:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Design visuals that are aligned with Razorpay’s brand language, meeting project needs independently.</li> <li>Create visuals that set new benchmarks at the organizational level, raising the quality bar.</li> <li>Adapt and innovate various illustration and graphic styles to suit different project requirements.</li> <li>Support and lead the creation of visual design libraries and conduct skill-based sessions to enhance team efficiency.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Motion and Video:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Design motion videos aligned with the brand language, independently handling project needs.</li> <li>Use the latest motion design trends and techniques to create videos that set new benchmarks.</li> <li>Innovate and incorporate varied motion styles, leading the creation of motion design templates and libraries.</li> <li>Develop small gifs and creative videos for social media platforms to engage the target audience and enhance brand presence.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Landing page design:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Design landing page solutions aligned with the brand language, independently fulfilling project needs.</li> <li>Create landing page UI designs that set new benchmarks at the organizational level.</li> <li>Adapt and innovate varied UI styles to meet different project requirements.</li> </ul> <li><strong>AI Integration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Utilize AI tools for image-to-AI transformations, AI-generated videos, and other AI-driven design innovations.</li> <li>Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends, implementing them to optimize design processes.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Mentorship and Team Building:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li> <li>Lead the creation of design systems, libraries, and guidelines to enhance team efficiency and consistency.</li> <li>Participate in hiring processes, team branding initiatives, and other organizational activities.</li> </ul> </ul> <h2>Qualifications:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li> <li>6-8 years of experience in communication design, with mentoring experience of 1-2 designers</li> <li>Proven expertise in motion design, graphic design, and UI design.</li> <li>Strong understanding of design patterns, color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography.</li> <li>Excellent technical skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, figma, etc.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience in creating and leading design systems and libraries.</li> <li>Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on team growth and development.</li> <li>Relevant past experience in startup in-house teams or leading advertising agencies.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="gmail_default"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
