The candidate will be the first line of contact with the Bank or everything technical. Further, they will be the problem solvers for the sales team. Expected to support in-depth client presentations and create custom solutions with product/tech teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be driving the strategic viewpoint of the org towards the vertical solutions for the org and be the change leader for innovative solutions that solve a larger problem of the vertical. In this role, you will be building product solutions, and custom solutions, leading RFPs for large enterprise deals and being the catalyst for revenue attainment by enabling banking Alliances and </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Understanding Razorpay's product suite and roadmap and charting multiple offerings and stated needs.</li> <li>Meeting Bank's technical teams to gather business and technical pain points and insights and arrive at solutions.</li> <li>Proactively communicating to the Customer teams - ensuring they are aware of changes in product delivery plans.</li> <li>Working with the sales team to review account opportunities and influence sales processes to leverage the best of Razorpay's product suite and solutions offerings.</li> <li>Meeting with existing and prospective customers to communicate/present Razorpay's unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations and solution discovery sessions.</li> <li>Working with Razorpay product and engineering teams to implement proposed solutions and with the customer success team to deploy the same to customers.</li> <li>Ability to identify solutions that are through the core product or through a custom solution using market research or the professional services team of Razorpay.</li> <li>Has demonstrated the ability to deliver, manage and lead full lifecycle projects.</li> <li>Has regularly identified additional business opportunities and extensions.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in providing advisory and guidance on large enterprise deployments and complex applications.</li> <li>Active knowledge contribution to peers through CoE participation, Community, or document authoring.</li> <li>Has regularly taken on mentoring/coaching roles to assist colleagues.</li> <li>Acknowledged as a go-to resource for peer assistance within at least 1 area of expertise.</li> <li>Ability to influence others to achieve results.</li> <li>Exceptional verbal, presentation, written, and Interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability.</li> <li>Experience leading and managing engagements and implementations.
