You will be responsible for innovative ideas and solutions. You’ll design and build marketing pages, campaign microsites, and various digital assets that are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized for performance. You’ll work closely with content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, and brand teams to deliver work that not only looks great but also drives engagement, conversions, and builds confidence in the Razorpay brand.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and develop landing pages, campaign microsites, blog/product story pages using <strong>Framer</strong>, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and high quality.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with content writers, content marketing, performance/growth teams to translate briefs and narratives into compelling visual & interactive layouts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure consistent application and extension of Razorpay’s brand system / design guidelines in all Framer builds.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experiment, iterate, and optimize using data (A/B test results, user feedback, analytics) to improve page performance (conversion, time on page, bounce etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help maintain and evolve design systems / component libraries as they relate to Framer deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, product, engineering) to align design deliverables with business goals, timelines, and technical feasibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Keep abreast of visual design trends, Framer capabilities, performance marketing best practices, and propose innovations.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2-3 years of experience in marketing / brand / digital design.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent proficiency in Framer.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience designing landing pages, campaign creatives, content-based web pages / microsites.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Good sense of user experience for marketing / content pages (thinking about information flow, user attention, visual storytelling).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong portfolio showing relevant work: landing pages / microsites / campaigns / content stories / brand extensions.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, SEO basics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong visual design skills: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour theory.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, responsive design principles) to closely collaborate with build implementation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to motion graphics / micro-interactions for enhanced storytelling (on web).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional teams.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Well-designed, high converting landing pages / microsites built in Framer, which meet marketing & campaign goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Brand consistency across all touchpoints;
