Primary Skills

Enterprise Integration Design: Proven ability to architect end-to-end integration solutions across complex enterprise environments using leading platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or IBM App Connect. Skilled at selecting the right tools and methodologies based on business requirements and technical feasibility.
Integration Patterns & Architecture: Deep understanding of various integration patterns, including point-to-point, publish-subscribe, request-reply, and event-driven architecture. Able to choose and implement the most appropriate approach for reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
API & Web Services Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, building, and managing RESTful and SOAP-based web services. Proficient in API management, including versioning, security, throttling, and analytics using API gateways.
Middleware & Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience working with enterprise middleware and messaging platforms like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JMS-based systems to enable seamless asynchronous communication between distributed systems.
Data Transformation & Formats: Skilled in handling and transforming data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV. Well-versed in XSLT, data mapping, and transformation logic to enable system interoperability.
Cloud & Hybrid Integration: Solid experience in integrating cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with on-premise systems. Able to design hybrid solutions that are secure, resilient, and optimized for performance.
Security & Governance: Strong focus on secure integration practices. Knowledgeable in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and SAML. Experienced in setting up governance frameworks for integration components and APIs.
Performance Tuning & Monitoring: Proficient in identifying bottlenecks, improving throughput, and ensuring high availability of integration components. Familiar with monitoring tools to track performance and health of integrations.

Secondary Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for integration deployments
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of Agile practices and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
Basic scripting or programming in Java, Python, or Groovy
Working knowledge of integration-related compliance and data privacy standards
