SAP-Service Delivery Manager

Your Role
Total Experience: 12-14 Years
Location: Mumbai
- End‑to‑end SAP project delivery across implementation, upgrade, and support for modules like ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.
- Stakeholder management, acting as the primary liaison with clients and business teams.
- Team leadership & resource management, guiding SAP consultants and resolving delivery issues.
- Governance, methodology, and compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices (ASAP, Activate, Agile).
- Risk, issue, and financial management, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Your Profile
- 10–15 years SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong cross‑module SAP knowledge with preferred expertise in S/4HANA.
- Proven project management capability in large-scale SAP programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, or SAP certifications.
