Qualifications

· Have at least 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture

· Have solid foundation on Java and J2EE based frameworks, Spring and Springboot

· Have solid experience with backend frameworks and state management

· Have a strong understanding of Rest, Graph SQL, flavours of SQL and NoSql DBs

· Have experience with modern Java and Pega coding, open source ecosystem, and development practices

· Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and is comfortable optimizing for accessibility and performance

· Are comfortable working in an environment based on Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles

· Take initiative to mentor engineers, and collaborate with others in order to find solutions to the team's problems

· Are excited about innovation and automation
