Focus:

Responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of Enterprise Communications Collaboration projects from initiation to implementation. Ensures visibility across other tech teams and business stakeholder groups of the status and any outstanding risks and issues. Identifies, supports, and/or actions next steps to resolve impediments to delivery. Ensures project meets compliance and regulatory obligations with the highest quality of deliverables. Will provide regular project status updates to peers and leadership.

Organizational Context:

Individual contributor working in a team responsible for handling tech projects or programs. Will be an extended member of both engineering and operations team.

Role to be based in Gurgaon, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Drives execution on defined projects or tasks in low to medium-complexity environments
Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards
Play the role of Tech PO for tracking attribution spends based on JIRA and Rally Mapping
Support in Platform Health activities to ensure compliance
Develops project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders
Monitors and communicates progress of project delivery by cost, scope, schedule and including the assessment of risks/issues
Identifies the project critical path and closely manage those activities
Identifies inter-team and external technical dependencies
Works within and across team(s) to track status of risks, issues and impediments to the project delivery and escalate accordingly
Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery
Take meeting minutes and drive any actions assigned
Tracks key project achievements and any lessons learned

Scope Impact and Influence

Responsible for tracking delivery, and activities related to low to medium complexity initiatives by adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure program goals are met.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
Prior relevant Technology and business work experience
Ability to work with Engineers, Product vendors to achieve project goals

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to facilitate technical meetings and discussions of any technical challenges and systems design
Ability to collaborate across teams and bring different opinions to consensus
Ability to maintain a high attention to detail in a deadline-driven work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and business partners
Understanding of project management process, project management software tools, templates, and management techniques
Ability to coordinate change in a dynamic environment and influence others
