Job Description

: Within this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the Manufactring, supply Chain & Quality IT Domain, aligning with global IT business facing units and infrastructure units. You implement projects in the areas including TrackIT (Track and Trace), CMO, and other Heatlhcare related IT solutions working closely with business stakeholders and other IT groups. You are responsible for managing the current TrackIT Project Delivery Team. As part of your job you need to manage external vendors and delivery staff to ensure project success and to provide seamless implementation and support handover as per our business’ expectations. Partnering with project teams and driving execution of related IT project portfolios and roadmaps will be a major part of your role. As part of the IT Solution Architect group, you help define the technical design of the IT solutions and platforms of the present and the future including cybersecurity aspect. As part of your project efforts you ensure proper documentation is delivered for all activities performed from project start through to implementation, Hypercare and support handover. These includes but are not limited to project plans, cost management, qualification documents, change control, etc.. Your Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the IT Architecture Strategy and Roadmap.Understand the business need and assist in defining the solutions to support future business.Drive integration projects and manage change control.Provide proactive support to our key clients’ requirements.Act as SME for integration and participate in the deployment of Trackit, CMO collaboration, and other IT solutions.Collaborate closely with project and business Subject Matter Expert – Including regular updates, communication and business alignment activities.Design, implementation and validation of tools, continuous integration/deployment tool chain and KPIs.Define Software solutions for Global businesses within a highly integrated IT landscape.Migration software into the secure network (Digital Plant Transformation DPT specific IT hosting and common services). This architecture is based on the Global Industry Standard ISA99 & and IEC 62443 Guideline. Who You Are:Graduate degree or more in a scientific or engineering disciplineProject management experience (ideally 8 years +) in a highly matrixed IT organizationProject Management certification is a strong advantageExperience in the integration of manufacturing, supply chain and/or quality IT solutions; strong preference in a Healthcare environmentMaster of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Project)Knowledge and experience in GxP environments is a plusKnowledge and experience in CSV (Computer System Validation) is a plusExcellent command of written and spoken English language
